Lean Six Sigma Sourcing Software

We developed our proprietary Cost and Optimization Models to provide sourcing professionals with the tools to manage Lean Six Sigma programs across organizational boundaries. Our Cost and Optimization Models have been used on more than 1200 client packages. That experience has resulted in highly accurate and simple to use software that enables a client to create fully detailed cost models in minutes using a small number of inputs. Clients typically experience a quantum improvement in knowledge about their costs and supplier processes. This enables significantly better preparation for negotiations or competitive leveraging. We believe that you cannot effectively develop and implement Lean Six Sigma Supplier Performance without a thorough understanding of supplier costs and processes.

Understanding costs is only the beginning. The Optimization modules in our software enable clients to examine individual cost drivers and assumptions in order to provide specific goals for improvement against each. This is used to identify, define and prioritize Lean Six Sigma projects with suppliers in a highly effective manner. Results indicate we identify more project opportunities, and our clients achieve considerably better improvement from these projects than through the traditional ways of identifying potential.
